The Help Desk is available to any customer in need of technical support or any type of customer support issue. The help desk is available for the following types of topics:
- Billing Questions
- Technical Support
- Project Status
- Project Amendments
The Help Desk is for existing customers only. It’s our method of providing priority customer service to our clients. Tickets created within the Help Desk should be in regards to a service order.
